Come move, sweat, and dance away your midweek slump with a combination of styles including shuffle, cutting shapes, and a touch of pure attitude. Wear what you feel confident in and bring your best vibes — see you at the stu!

BRING WATER - and wear comfortable gym clothes.
Parking is available on the surrounding streets (a mixture of free and paid), and there is a paid lot directly across the street from the studio.

There are no refunds for missed classes. Once the reservation has been purchased, it is the student’s responsibility to arrive at class and be on time. Missed time will not be made up, in order to keep the rest of the class moving on schedule.
